"Feedback" to SBS

HAHA!

Finally got time to "Feedback" to SBS on the bus service near my house...

I thought I was talking to FOOLs who given me two different answer when i ask the same questions.

  Their explaination :

• Dun wan Congestion at bus interchange
• Wants to have passengers to have a smooth journey  
• Set by upper authorities and they can't do anything

                    

This result in me having ??? on my mind :

• Which bus interchange do not have congestion
• isn't it stupid to have <15 ppl in the bus.
• lesser bus = longer waiting time = smooth and convenient journey?

                                                              

 Is this called wants to increase revenue, when you are wasting petrol, buses and also manpower?

And the authorities are not doing anything after receiving so many feedback on this matter?

I am wondering and lauging my ass off when thinking about this matter!!!
